This is a self built tiny house. it is on a 26 foot tiny home trailer manufactured by American Made. There is a total of 280sqft including two lofts, one bed loft and one multi-purpose loft which can be used as storage, a reading nook or another small bed room. There are plenty of windows to give the house an open feel with plenty of natural light and a spacious atmosphere. the living space includes a dining/work table, and a lovely sitting area, perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or your morning cup of coffee. The bathroom is 5x7 feet with a traditional toilet, sink, shower, cabinet, dresser and clothing rack, complete with a farmhouse door from the 1940's. The kitchen has plenty of room for storage with two cabinets, a drawer cabinet, and a custom pull out drawer pantry. Up the functional storage staircase you'll find the bedroom loft which is cozy but spacious at 9x7ft with two windows, custom side tables, lights and a decorative shelf. Across the house you'll find the second loft, which is 6x7ft. This area is perfect for a small bedroom, a reading nook or simply storage space. Lastly you'll notice a handmade one of a kind stained glass window above the staircase.

About Us

We are Victoria, Patrick and Selah Lake. After getting married in late 2016, we began building our Tiny House Roy. It took us a little over a year and whole lot of help from friends and fammily to build Roy. As much as we love the house we've built for ourselves, our familiy is expanding and so are our living needs. So we are eagerly lookig to find someone who will love the house we've built as much as we have.
